The SEM1620 signal conditioner accepts RTD, thermocouple, mV, and passive current sensor inputs and converts them into a 3-wire isolated voltage output that can be scaled over any part of the input range.
The SEM1620 signal conditioner accepts RTD, thermocouple, mV, and passive current sensor inputs and converts them into a 3-wire isolated voltage output that can be scaled over any part of the input range. Full galvanic isolation between input and output, combined with linear-to-temperature scaling, makes it a reliable amplifier for feeding temperature or process readings into PLCs, indicators, or SCADA systems.
Configuration is entirely USB-based: connect the SEM1620 to a PC with a standard USB cable and Status's free configuration software automatically reads the current settings and guides the user through any changes, with the unit powered from the 15-28VDC supply during normal operation and from USB during setup. Voltage output options include 0-10V, 0-5V, 2-10V, 1-5V, and 0-1V DC ranges, giving flexibility to match downstream equipment.
