Temperature Signal Conditioner SEM1620

The SEM1620 signal conditioner accepts RTD, thermocouple, mV, and passive current sensor inputs and converts them into a 3-wire isolated voltage output that can be scaled over any part of the input range. Full galvanic isolation between input and output, combined with linear-to-temperature scaling, makes it a reliable amplifier for feeding temperature or process readings into PLCs, indicators, or SCADA systems.

Configuration is entirely USB-based: connect the SEM1620 to a PC with a standard USB cable and Status’s free configuration software automatically reads the current settings and guides the user through any changes, with the unit powered from the 15-28VDC supply during normal operation and from USB during setup. Voltage output options include 0-10V, 0-5V, 2-10V, 1-5V, and 0-1V DC ranges, giving flexibility to match downstream equipment.

  • 3-Wire Isolated Voltage Output — Delivers a scaled, isolated voltage signal from temperature or current inputs.
  • Multi-Sensor Input — Accepts RTD, thermocouple, mV, and passive current signals.
  • Selectable Output Ranges — Choose from 0-10V, 0-5V, 2-10V, 1-5V, or 0-1V DC output.
  • USB Configuration — Direct USB interface with free PC software for fast setup and diagnostics.
  • Galvanic Isolation — Full isolation between input and output circuits.
  • Linear-to-Temperature Scaling — All temperature ranges are output linear to temperature for accurate downstream readings.
