With over 30 years of experience and more than 500 projects completed worldwide, EXCEN designs and manufactures certified equipment for hazardous areas including offshore platforms, onshore refineries, chemical plants, pipelines, mines and industrial facilities where flammable gases, vapours or combustible dusts are present.

Product Range

ATEX & IECEx Batteries — Sealed, medium and stationary battery systems in stainless steel 316L enclosures. Range from 12VDC to 500VDC, up to 3000Ah (C5), in Lead Acid, Ni-Cd, AGM, Gel, vented and valve-regulated technologies. Zone 1 certified.

Ex d Enclosures — APC series flameproof enclosures for electrical and electronic equipment in hazardous areas. Available in copper-free aluminium alloy, 316L stainless steel and mild steel. IP66 rated, Zone 1 gas and Zone 21 dust certified.

ATEX & IECEx Solar Modules — Zone 1 certified photovoltaic modules in seven sizes from 30W to 395W, with module efficiencies up to 19.9%. IP66 rated, ideal for powering remote loads or integration into larger solar energy systems.

ATEX & IECEx UPS Systems — Uninterruptible power supply systems up to 10KVA for Zone 1 hazardous areas, providing continuous backup power to critical equipment. Tailor-made to project specifications.

ATEX Generator Sets — Standardized diesel gen-sets from 12.5 kVA to 160 kVA for Zone 2 hazardous areas, with 50/60 Hz operation. Available in open frame, soundproof and heli-transport rack configurations.

Certifications

All EXCEN ATEX products are manufactured in accordance with EU Directive 2014/34/EU and certified to ATEX and IECEx standards. Certifying bodies include SEV, CML and INERIS.

Daly Middle East holds the exclusive distribution agreement for EXCEN products across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
