Frequency & Pulse Signal Conditioner SEM1600F

The SEM1600F is a cost-effective, smart powered signal conditioner that accepts common process pulse and frequency signals between 0.01Hz and 65,000Hz in standard mode, or DC to 1,000Hz in counter mode — making it well suited to flow measurement and batch counting applications. A built-in dual-input capability allows differential flow or count measurement with advanced math functions, or the unit can be operated as a single channel with an external reset contact.

In single-channel mode, the discrete input can be programmed to reset the total counter, batch counter, or a latched relay, and can also control counter direction with count-up, count-down, or halt modes available. A volt-free output contact is provided, configurable as a simple trip, a latched trip, or a pulsed trip, giving flexible integration with downstream PLCs and control systems.
