Dual Channel Signal Conditioner SEM1750

The SEM1750 dual channel signal conditioner accepts bipolar voltage or current process signals — -50 to +50V DC or -50 to +50mA — on two independent channels and isolates them to provide ranged industrial process outputs such as 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-10V, or 1-5V DC. Both input and output channels can be loop-powered, and the unit can be used with any pressure, level, flow, or temperature transmitter that outputs a standard process signal.

Beyond simple isolation, the SEM1750 supports full input linearisation and user-selectable math functions between channels — including average and difference — or can be configured as an active signal splitter, feeding one input to two independent outputs. Configuration is via free Status “Speedlink” USB software, with a universal 20-250VDC / 22-240VAC power supply, and the unit does not need to be wired to power during configuration since it draws power from the USB connection.

  • Dual Independent Channels — Two independent voltage/current input and output channels in one unit.
  • Math Functions Between Channels — User-selectable average, difference, and other functions across the two channels.
  • Signal Splitter Mode — Can be configured to split one input into two isolated outputs.
  • 5-Port Isolation to 3.75kV — High isolation rating between input, outputs, and supply.
  • Full Input Linearisation — Custom linearisation for non-linear process signals.
  • Universal Power Supply — Accepts 20-250VDC / 22-240VAC without reconfiguration.

What signals does the SEM1750 accept?

It accepts bipolar voltage (-50 to +50V DC) or current (-50 to +50mA) signals on two independent channels.

Can the SEM1750 perform math between its two channels?

Yes, user-selectable maths functions such as average or difference can be applied between the two input channels.

Can the SEM1750 be used as a signal splitter?

Yes, it can be configured as an active signal splitter, feeding one input to two isolated outputs.

How is the SEM1750 configured?

Via the free Status Speedlink USB software; it does not need to be wired to power during configuration as it is USB-powered for setup.
