Ground Loop Isolator SEM1000 MKII

The SEM1000 MKII ground loop isolator is a DIN-rail mounted, loop-powered 4-20mA isolator built to eliminate ground loop interference in industrial process control circuits. Series-connected into a new or existing 4-20mA current loop, the SEM1000 MKII delivers a fully isolated 4-20mA output capable of driving up to 300 Ω load, with the output powered entirely from the input loop — no external power supply required.

Designed for reliability, the SEM1000 MKII requires no user adjustment during commissioning. Two front-panel accessible calibration potentiometers allow fine zero and span trimming when needed, and the unit is protected against incorrect loop connection provided rated currents and voltages are not exceeded. At just 12.5mm wide, it is one of the most compact ground loop isolators in its class, making it ideal for space-constrained control panels across oil & gas, water treatment, and general industrial process applications.
