The DM3600U universal input digital panel meter accepts RTD, thermocouple, mV, Volts, and mA sensor signals and displays the process value on a high-efficiency LED display. The front panel is sealed to IP65 with a moulded rubber gasket, making it suited to dusty environments or areas where equipment is washed down with low-pressure water jets. Configuration is guided step-by-step using three front-panel push buttons, with no special tools or software required for basic setup.
The DM3600U’s modular case accepts plug-in output “Pods” without dismantling or re-calibrating the unit: the POD-03 provides a programmable, scalable current output accepting both active and passive mA signals, while the POD-02 adds two changeover trip relays for alarm points. All functions, including advanced setup, can also be programmed remotely via the optional RS485 Modbus communications port, and the unit supports Status’s Transfer Function Module Library (TFML) for downloadable custom control functionality.
