Fabricated Threaded Thermowell Style 1

The Style 1 fabricated threaded thermowell is designed for light process conditions, manufactured from tube or pipe with a parallel stem profile and closed at the tip by a welded cap. A wide variety of process thread connections is available — BSPP, BSPT, or NPT — for straightforward installation of an RTD or thermocouple temperature sensor into the process.

Available in 316 stainless steel, Alloy C276 (Hastelloy®), Alloy 400 (Monel®), or Alloy 600 (Inconel®), the Style 1 thermowell can be specified with optional 3.1 material certificates for full traceability, pressure testing, and positive material identification (PMI). It allows a temperature sensor to be removed for calibration or replacement without draining or interrupting the process.
