ATEX HART Temperature Transmitter SEM320X/55

The SEM320X is the ATEX, IECEx, and UKEX-approved hazardous-area version of the SEM320 HART temperature transmitter, accepting RTD, thermocouple, potentiometer, or millivolt input signals and converting to a standard 4-20mA analogue output, with a rotational five-digit LCD display for local indication. The display can be user-programmed to show the process value, a bar graph of mA output, or act as a message display for tag information, directly at the point of measurement in classified hazardous areas.

Housed in an IP66-rated industrial enclosure available in epoxy-coated aluminium or stainless steel cast-grade construction, the SEM320X is configured using a certified USB communication lead with free USB-SpeedLink software, in compliance with the latest ATEX configuration standards, and standard HART features can also be programmed via HART communication. SIL approvals are available, making it a proven choice for high-accuracy temperature measurement in petrochemical, refining, and upstream oil & gas hazardous areas.
