Digital Temperature Gauge DM670TM

The DM670TM is a large-format digital temperature gauge for RTD or thermocouple sensors, displaying temperature in °C or °F on a 6-digit LCD with an advanced mode that can show one or two custom 32-character messages alongside the reading. Two independent volt-free changeover relays support seven selectable actions each — including deviation, latched, and non-latched operation — with fully adjustable set point and hysteresis, letting messaging, alerts, and switching all work together at user-defined trip points.

Built-in on-board datalogging records process details at up to 5000 points, and like the rest of the Status battery-powered indicator range, the DM670TM is designed for reliable long-term field deployment where mains power isn’t practical. Its dual relay outputs make it equally suited to simple local temperature indication or as the front-of-panel element in a small alarm and switching system.

  • Large-Format LCD Display — 6-digit display readable at distance, with custom message capability.
  • RTD or Thermocouple Input — Compatible with either standard temperature sensor type.
  • Dual Independent Relays — Two changeover relays, each with 7 selectable alarm actions.
  • Adjustable Set Point & Hysteresis — Fine control over each relay's trip behaviour.
  • 5000-Point Datalogging — On-board logging of process temperature history.
  • Custom Alert Messaging — Displays 1-2 custom 32-character messages tied to temperature alerts.
