HA 24E 02 is a pressure switch with a nominal pressure of PN 100 according to EN/DIN standards. It has an operating temperature range of 0 to 400°C and an ambient temperature range of 0 to 135°C. The switch has a minimum density requirement of 0.7 kg/dm³ and an operating differential of 12 mm. The wetside material is stainless steel, while the slip-on flange is made of carbon steel P265GH zinc galvanized and passivated. The housing material is seawater resistant die-cast aluminum, and the flange DN 65, PN 100 according to EN 1092-1 standards. The switch element is a microswitch SPDT with silver contacts, with a switch rating of 250 VAC, 5A / 30 VDC, 5A. The enclosure is rated IP65, and the weight of the switch is approximately 9.6 kg. It has a Safety Integrity Level (SIL) of SIL 1 (Type HAA 24E 02: SIL 2) and is approved by ABS, BV, ClassNK, DNV-GL, and LR.
