What Is IECEx Certification?
IECEx (the IEC System for Certification to Standards Relating to Equipment for Use in Explosive Atmospheres) is the internationally recognised certification scheme for hazardous-area equipment, built on the IEC 60079 series of standards. It is accepted across more than 30 countries and is the certification most commonly specified by GCC and Indian operators and EPC contractors.
