Overview

About this product

Hison Axial Flow Fans, previously known as Howden Fans, are manufactured to international quality standards, with sizes ranging from 300mm to 2000mm in diameter. These fans feature heavy-duty marine grade LM-6 or equivalent cast aluminum impellers with aerofoil blades for enhanced efficiency and reduced sound levels. The adjustable blade angles are designed to meet various volume and pressure system requirements, with a blade shank that has a tapered conical section for a secure fit. Hison Impellers are made of aluminum and offer spark-resistant constructions with options for Explosion Proof Motors and Spark Resistant Construction (SRC) features compliant with BASEEFA 'ATEX' 0299X and 0300X certification or AMCA Standard 99-0401-80 Type B Spark Resistant Construction. Additionally, extended leads are provided for external fan junction boxes in accordance with explosion-proof procedures, and anti-spark rings are available upon request.
