Yes. Our Dubai Investment Park (DIP) Service Centre supports site surveys, lighting design reviews, instrument configuration, commissioning, and warranty/RMA handling—locally in the UAE with coordinated support across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.
What certifications do your products meet?
Many of our products carry ATEX and/or IECEx approvals, with CE/UKCA, IP66–IP68, and SIL ratings where applicable. Exact certifications vary by model; compliance documents and Ex certificates are provided on request.
Can you help with hazardous-area selection (Zone 0/1/2, 20/21/22)?
Absolutely. We help specify the right protection concept and temperature class for your zone and gas/dust group, and recommend fixtures or instruments that match the area classification and process conditions.
