The FTW501 fabricated flanged thermowell is designed for light to medium process conditions, made from tube or pipe with a welded cap at the tip. It features a parallel stem profile with various flange sizes and ratings, including RF, FF, and RTJ configurations. Available with a seal welded flange, it can be connected with BSPP, BSPT, or NPT threads for easy installation of RTDs or thermocouples. Made from materials like 316 stainless steel, Alloy C276 (Hastelloy), Alloy 400 (Monel), and Alloy 600 (Inconel), optional certification services like 3.1 material certificates, pressure testing, and PMI are available for full traceability.
