The SEM206TC is a cost-effective, PC-programmable in-head transmitter that accepts the most commonly used thermocouple sensor types and converts the reading over a configured range to a standard 4-20mA transmission signal. Configuration is performed via a USB port driven configurator and free Status software, letting the user select thermocouple type, range, units, and burnout direction without dedicated calibration equipment.
As with the rest of the SEM206 series, setup is fast — simply connect two clips to the loop terminals and follow the software prompts. Sharing the compact 43mm diameter, 21mm height footprint of the SEM200 series with standard 33mm centre fixing holes, the SEM206TC fits most common electrical connection heads, offering a repeatable, precise alternative to the push-button SEM203TC for higher-precision or higher-volume applications.
